Unfortunately you can't move the fields around. I too would love the quantity to be moved to the top. That whole page when adding items could be laid out much differently to minimize scrolling.

The fields in the Point of Sale app can't be manipulated at this time. I'll pass the feedback over to our Product Team. Thanks @freshnj & @VanKalkerFarms for flagging this.👍
