I have seen the feature to set limits to a certain amount of orders at one set time however I would like to set a particular item to be limited. 

Example: We sell fish and chips, our fryers are very small, we can only fit 6 in at one given time.

They also take 10mins to cook so I can't have people ordering at 5 minute intervals.

Is this possible?

This causes our very small kitchen a great amount of stress during busy periods, we end up turning online off. The problem is, as we are very busy we cannot answer the phone and therefore have to stop taking orders all together.

It would be great if we could have this feature! Or if anyone can offer some advice to how they manage this? Thanks.
