My acces to the blog appears to be limited to just the one long scrolling blog, yet it appears that the posts are stored seperately again, and then again under archived months?

A site review seems to suggest that the archived versions of my blog posts are duplicate content.  Looking on google it seems that canonical tags might help, but I dont seem to have any access to the versions beyond the primary blog itself.

Any help on this or any other ideas about duplicate content woul dbe apprciated.
