Huge differenc in Weebly statistics and Google Analytics

According to Weekly, on one of my sites I have 40 - 100 unique visitors per day.
However, google analytics says this website has had only 16 visitors in the last 4 weeks.

I know this website comes up 3rd in Bing’s 1st page and 3rd in yahoo’s 1st page for the domains key word.
Should I assume that visits from Bing and Yahoo searches are not not registered by google?

I see you have a question related to google and weebly statistics

https://community.weebly.com/t5/SEO/Google-Analytics-and-Weebly-Metrics-don-t-seem-to-jive/m-p/4584#...

but the difference here is huge and cannot explained to easily.

I think I need to check to see if Analytics is installed properly!

It all comes down to the diference in track methods. We track by IP address, which is going to get every single hit to your site regardless of whether it's a person, bot, spider, or any other automated online tool.  Google tracks by Cookie, which is fairly notorious for undercounting since a lot of people block cookies. You can get a reasonable idea of how many human visitors you get by averaging the two different data.
