Lost my .com domain name

Hello, I have purchased my domain www.emmanuellebeautysalon-spa from you. I have built my website on Weebly.com. I need you to point my domain to the following IP: 199.34.228.79

This is done by changing my domain's A-Records. I am not requesting that you transfer my domain, redirect my domain, or change my name servers. I want to remain with you as my domain registrar. For more detailed information, please see http://kb.weebly.com/domain-registrar.html.

It looks like your domain name expired, @nelyktodorova. You should go to the Domains tab and click on "register" to purchase it again. Once done you can use it with your site without needing to do any special configuration.

Hi Adam,

The problem is that the website known by all our customers is with .com domain, and currently I can not register it as it was. The options are not including . com , rather than options as .org,.net,etc.

can you help with this issue?

It doesn't look like that domain is registered. If you want to use it with your site you should register it on the Domains tab; you also won't need to do any configuration of it if you buy it from us.
