Site description is completely different

So when i type in my website name in google (newdesignlogo.com) it shows my website but with a completely different description. Here is what i get:

What is wrong with this and why is it not showing up in description? Be easy on me i am a complete noob to weebly.

Hm.. it looks like your second image is missing an open tag. Where did you put that code? I'm wondering if it would conflict with the page SEO information you put in. Also, how long ago did you make these updates. You need to make sure to publish any changes and give Google time to recrawl your site. You can also submit a site recrawl to help speed up the process.

I put the code in Settings>Site title, and google won't recrawl my website as i have a masked domain, so recrawling is out of the picture..

Sounds like you need to update the code at the host which has your masking set up. Usually this is a single HTML page with frameset that loads another site, and that HTML page could probably be edited to use your new meta information. I would contact the company that set up the masking for your and see if they can assist with that.
