What is Weebly Website Stats Picking Up?

I have been keeping an eye on the stats of my new Weebly site and recently connected it with Google Analytics and there is a large difference in the number of views they pick up. For example, Weebly lists that I recieved 38 page views from 24 unique visitors one day while Google Analytics picks up zero. This rases the question, what is Weebly picking up that Google Analytics is not?

We track stats by IP, which is going to get every single hit to your site whether from a person or from a search engine bot or spider. Google tracks by cookie, which can notoriously undercount since people can have their browsers block cookies. Since you're using both you can average the two together to get an idea of how many human visitors you're getting.
