Negative response received from customer yeah cust...

I received a notice from Square today saying that a customer sent negative feedback. The customer said doesn’t know why the negative feedback Was sent as she said Transaction was fine.I am now at a loss as this is the first negative comment I have received. Can anyone offer the reason why?

usually, it is because they clicked on the frowny face in the email not realizing that this is the choice they are making.
