Is it possible to send an online order (lunch order) to two different printers?

While you're able to Print New Remote Orders with a compatible Kitchen Ticket Printer, and also print to multiple printers, I've never seen a situation that enabled remote orders to be printed twice to different printers. That's an interesting request.

Can you clarify a bit more on what your exact use case is?

we are reseaching platforms for putting our menu online for our customers to place orders for pickup. Was just curious if the order could be sent to FOH and BOH printers so we could process the order placed and prepare the food.

Thanks for clarifying that.

If you currently accept pickup orders on your iPad with the Square app and use a supported kitchen ticket printer, you can automatically print kitchen tickets after every order.

You'll need to enable automatic printing for pickup orders on each of the printers you want this to happen on.
