Cannot publish new content!

I am suddenly getting notices that I cannot publish new pages to my existing Weebly site. The message asks for cell phone verification but I have never provided a cell phone. I am jamesd2020. Site is janellmoonartworks.weebly.com. I phoned customer support and they are closed.
