My POS does not have a manual credit card entry button. Has something changed recently? All the information I can find for accepting a payment manually refers to the button but I do not have it. I have all the other buttons for diffrent forms of payment but this one.

it is possible that the manual payment was accidentally turned off in your settings. check out this article for how to customize the payment options.

Manual Card Entry would be the "Enter Card Number" Option

I can see how you would have missed it - it could definitely be written clearer.
