Does anyone understand what a TXT file is and a DKIM file is ?
Trying to intergrate mail chimp
heres where i got to so fare
so i managed to get the CNAME file in the right place BUT the TXT file won't save in the same location
I've been stuck on this for two weeks and its doing my headin!
I am having a similar issue. I contacted support to add DKIM records for my email provider. The support person appeared to have a lot of trouble finding the right place to add them. They finally said they had added them a few days ago but I am still unable to verify the TXT record, so I don't believe they were added properly.
It looks like the TXT record wasn't added. I added that for you, so once that change propagates you shouldn't have any other trouble @LaPointeArt.
Hmm, I'm still unable to verify it through Zoho mail. Am I doing something wrong, or are my values not what they need to be? Here is what I found from Zoho's help database:
1. Login to your domain's DNS Manager.
2. Create a TXT record in your DNS with the title as catherine._domainkey.lionheart-graphics.com If your DNS is hosted with WIX/ Squarespace/ Namecheap etc, provide the TXT record name as zoho._domainkey (These providers append the domain name automatically)
3. " In the TXT record value, paste this: v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQCiz5RXL3O3WriC0mVKfaJwqF9XJahwjm6K4lza4jJ0NkP6oIf6PYwsGs09GapVEphWVf1g8KDkzvODn8WMpjlLE5OZ8AxX/RzG0n/Sk88dz0pzwancF5ndKMDcp8/bIDbf3LvG53oaGggHdUORq5G7+fOcKT9p//wsmTykNsn5IQIDAQAB "
4. Save the TXT record in the DNS Manager.
I made a slight change to the other TXT record you added to match their instructions. Otherwise everything seems to match what it is they're looking for.
