Timecards - Not working on my contractor's app

We've followed the directions on both my side as the owner (online & app) and her side as the contractor (app), and this is still not working.

I'm sorry for the frustration @invoicing. The steps to turn on timecard tracking are outlined in our Support Center. You'll need to make sure your contractor can take payments at your business' location, and you must create a passcode for your contractor to use in the app. When everything is set up your employee should see a clock icon in the app and can tap this to clock in/out.

 

It might be worth calling our Customer Success team directly. As the Community is a public forum I can't check your account or your employee's settings. But if you call, a member of the CS team can review everything and help you to get up and running.
