Updating: I don't see how to manually update the POS app on my phone

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Updating

I have received a notification to update square on my phone twice now.  I don't see how to manually update. I used to see a place to tap to update on screen, but not anymore.  Wondering why and if this will cause an issue.

Have you tried looking in your App Store to see if you can update it that way?

Thanks for getting back with me.  It updated automatically yesterday.  I was concerned because I have an older phone, but I was able to take payments anyway.
