When I tried to open my register on my iPad it gave me this error message. I also tried to use a device code and got the same msg.

Make sure you have internet access to the iPad. You use the same email and password as you do to log in with a computer browser. If you use a device code make sure you click sign in with Device code. You can not use it as a password.

I have Internet, and can access my dashboard online with my iPad. It's only access on the iPad to the register that gives me this message. Normally I don't need to sign in on my iPad but now when I open it it goes right to the sign in page and then gives this message.

What is the message? I would delete the app and reinstall it.
