Can't issue a refund on my iphone/ipad w/o a pass code. How do I create one? Didn't need a pass code on my PC. Why do I need one for my iPhone/iPad?

Hello @alavblue, it sounds like you subscribed to Employee Management. 

 

This feature allows you to restrict access to certain pages on the Point of Sale App. You can access restricted sections using a PIN created on the Square Dashboard. You can also view your PIN on the dashboard!

Thanks for responding, Chad. However, I don't know how I am suscribedto Employee Management as I have no employees. How do I unsuscribe from Employee Management? Thanks for your help.  Athena

@alavblue, you'll want to make sure that you're signed into your Square Dashboard with the same email address and password as the Point of Sale App. 

 

Once you're on the Dashboard you can find your PIN on the Employees tab. Now that you have your PIN head back to the Point of Sale app. Head to the settings tab and select Employee Management from the listed options. Then make sure to toggle off Enable Employee Passcode Access. 

 

Then you're done!
