how can i communicate with customer service while in the verification porcess

My first payment was $3,500 from a client. It is being held in limbo pending a verification process I had no idea existed. I see from other posts there is a $500 limit, where did this come from? I need to speak with someone but can not get through the automated loop recording because I'm stuck in verification. I recieved and email after my initial test charge and was told the account was verified and go ahead with business.

I would try emailing support, i have always been successful at getting responses via email on issues.
