Assuming you mean Square Appointments, I think it might work for your needs. One drawback to the system is that it only tracks the scheduling of staff, and can't track whether a limited resource (like vehicles) are being used already.

This wouldn't be a problem if you have as many of each vehicle type as you have staff. In such a case, the vehicles wouldn't be a limited resource.

But the Appointments system could still be used if you don't have as many of each vehicle as you do staff. You could just use the schedule to track usage of each vehicle instead of staff, and use another system to schedule staff. Not as elegant, but doable.

I believe Appointments has a free trial option. Might as well test it out and see how it looks for your needs.
