Had anyone had any trouble with their gift card option disappearing from the library?

Has anyone had any trouble with their gift card option disappearing from the dashboard? We went to load a gift card and we are realizing it is gone. Help!

We've made a few updates Gift Cards recently. 

 

Make sure you're running the latest version of the Point of Sale app, then check out this existing thread:

 

Simplified Flow for Gift Card Loading in Square Point of Sale

 

When you're ready to get started with the new Gift Card flow, check out the Plastic Gift Cards section of your Gift Cards tab in your Square Dashboard.
