How do I add sales tax for Texas customers only using the app?

I added the tax rate on my phone using the app, but it didn't give me any options to choose a state. I'm trying to do it manually to where I can take credit card/debit card orders over the phone.

How are you going to determine if a person is from Texas so that they get charged tax? There is no setting in the app to do that. What are you doing about customers from other states? I think I need a bit more information to help better, but there is not going to be an automatic way to trigger based on where a customer is from.

I'm trying to do it manually to where I can take orders over the phone. When they give me their address including their city and state info, then I will know that they live in Texas.

So about the only way to do it would be to turn on the sales tax by default and then delete it from the transactions for those not in Texas.
