making a sale and then holding cc for additional fee

is there anyway to make a sale via a website and then provide your service and if they send back your product and it is messed up charge their card again?

Hey @Shancy, you could use a credit card authorization form.

 

Although you would need your customer to fill out and sign it. Even then it would probably result in a chargeback. So you would need a contract in addition to the credit card authorization form, outlining potential fees for damaged products. 

 

You might be able to set this up using Jot Form or 123FromBuilder.
