where does this show up? in your transactions?  an email sent to you?  if it is an email it could be a spoof email trying to get you to click links to get your user info.

if it does show up in your transactions then you have a larger issue if you are sure you didn't run that or maybe you accidentally run a $248 transaction as a $2480 transaction, this can happen easily because it is just 1 extra 0.
