I lost a transaction where I split payment. It was a $100 gift card sale. I swiped credit card for $80 and forgot to hi cash for $20. Now I can’t find the transaction at all
if you didn't input the $20 cash part sale then the gift card transaction would not be completed and the gift card would not be loaded. The credit card may not be charged either if you hit cancel to get out of the payment screen. It all depends on what you did in what order at the time of the sale.
