Syncing Data Question

We are a small local business and are trying to use Square for appointments, invoicing, etc.

If we create an appointment within the Square program we enter the customer's name, address, email, phone, etc. When we go to invoice the customer it pulls the information entered when creating their appointment for the invoice to where it does not have to be entered again.

Phone wise, we are using Android devices and therefore cannot create appointments directly through the app. However, we are creating the appointments on Google Calendar and enter all of the same information for the customer (name, address, email, phone, etc) and the Google calendar syncs with Square and all of the info shows up on the Square Calendar. The problem that we are running into is that when we go to invoice those customers it does not pull all of the information for the invoice and it has to be entered again.

Are we doing something wrong or for all of the customer information to transfer does it have to be done within Square which we are unable to do from our phones since we have Android?

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated!

Customer information must be entered into Square for it to be available for Square services.

Thanks for the reply!

So if we had iphones and could use the Square app for appointments then that info would transfer over, right?

Yes, you can also use Square appointments with an iPad.
