Is there anyway to price an item so that once tax is applied it totals up to an even amount? I am able to do it for most items but the following item will not work:

We want the amount charged to the customer, after tax is applied to equal $22.00. I put the amount in at $20.75, our tax is 6% or $1.24, and the total comes out to $21.99. If I increase the amount to $20.76 then add the 6% tax or $1.25 and the amount comes out to $22.01. Is there a fix for this?

the easiest way to do something like that is to include the tax in the price so that you don't have to calculate each item, Square does it automatically.  Square will backward calculate the tax so that the price is $25 or whatever you want, you just tell it the final price.
