I am unable to pair my chip reader with a new phone. It connects just fine to my other devices and is fully charged. I have an iPhone 8 Plus. We’ve tried rebooting the reader, forgetting the device in the Bluetooth menu, reinstalling the app, making sure it is disconnected from other devices.... just don’t know what else to do. Phone is connected to internet. Need help pronto! Is there some setting on my phone that needs to be changed since it pairs with my tablet and an older iPhone without issue? TIA
