If you had an offer in the past and are not able to access it currently, it is likely that your offer has expired. Square Capital offers are only available for a limited time. Offers are based on a variety of factors, including recent Square processing volume, outstanding balance, and account activity. Please note that this does not prevent you from receiving or accepting an offer for Square Capital in the future. The Capital team is constantly reviewing your account for eligibility and will notify you directly if you become eligible again.
