Anyone else have someone scan the qr code but it isn't loading? Just three blinking dots....

My clients are trying to order through my qr code.  It's been fine all day and then after 7:00pm CST, I've been getting calls with people unable to access my site.  Three blinking dots show up.  I'm also unable to access my online site as I get the same dots....
