CASH only sales - not matching with the app at the...

We have a cash only concession stand at our school. We recently bought 3 ipads to use as POS systems sharing one account. We have a lot of students helping & entering our orders. At the end of the evening, our sales totals in the app are not matching the cash in the drawer. Not large amounts, but we are wanting to be able to run reports and tracking. How can we change our end of day sales amount to match the cash in drawer amount. Can we delete cash transactions?

there is not a way to delete transactions or change the total collected for the day.

likely it is errors in giving change or entering the amount tendered or actual items sold.

On all three ipads that access/open the cash drawer make sure that cash tracking is turned on for those other devices... set the amount to zero... run a drawer report for all devices at the end of shift and any cash sales on those other devices should be added to whats expected in the drawer... you may find your drawer is actually way off.... you should run a daily ballance sheet...
