Drinks switching to different tab?

Using Square Register and sometimes seeing that when we add a drink to someone's tab, the drink actually gets added to someone else's tab. Sometimes we catch it when it happens. Other times, we have customers complain they've been overcharged for drinks they didn't order. Has anyone else seen this?

This definitely sounds unusual, @Dugout2020!

 

If you haven't already, I'd recommend giving us a call as we have a team dedicated to supporting the Square Register and Terminal. They should be able to take a closer look here and give you a hand! If you're able to take a photo and/or notate the transaction information next time you catch this, that would help our team pinpoint the issue.
