I have had many customers state that they have tried to check out but their card gets declined. They are valid cards. I have no clue why this is happening. The latest is my sister. Online transactions.

Hey @sippytheut. Sorry to hear your client's card is getting declined. This is usually related to an issue with the card itself. You can take a look at the settings in your Square Online Store under Checkout to make sure everything is set up correctly.
