Shopping on Instagram - Connect Instagram Business Profile Step

Hello,

 

I have managed to get all my Social Media Shops up and running.  But one minor glitch that remains is the step on Square's End when attempting to complete the setup steps for Instagram Shopping. 

 

Step 3 Connect Instagram Business Profile, won't update properly.  My account is already connected.   I click on the Connect Button within Square and it opens a window to complete the process but a windown pops up showing my connected Business Profile.  The only option is to click close.   And won't update the Square end that the account is connected. 

 

Not a huge deal as I have everything up and running but I am pretty OCD on things being correct so it's bothersome.

Have you contacted our support team about this yet? I think it's probably best if they take a look so they can escalate the issue for you if needed.
