How do you get the change screen to show after a transaction?

We have two tablets, one displays the change due screen one does not. How do I get this screen to show on both?

Hi,

Make sure that under Settings / Signature and Receipt   - Skip receipt Screen is OFF
With this ON it will show change due for couple seconds only, and then be back ready for next transaction.
