While the SQUARE Customer Code system is malfunctioning... I decided to post here and email in hopes of getting help. Well... it's been more than 5 hours so... so much for prompt service here.

Got an email reply (automated) saying they'd reply within 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. 

SUCKS TO BE A PAYING SQUARE CUSTOMER WHEN PHONE SUPPORT IS NOT WORKING.

That's all I have to say.
