Customers cards not saving properly

sometimes when I enter customers information and try to save the credit card with the zip code it gives me an error and says incorrect zip code, or unable to link card? The information is correct. Is there a way to correct that?

Hello @Renegadewinery, when this happens we recommend having your customer contact their bank to double check their card information. Square requires all information on the card to be accurate. If you're getting an invalid zip code error. You will want to reach out to your customer.
