I add a new customer while processing a sae on my phone. The name is proerly attached to the trasnaction at that time but when I go into the transaction from the web the name is listed "Unknown". How do I fiix this?

Hello @PeroReal, this sounds weird.
On your app does it display the customer attached to the transaction?
You can still add a customer to the sale after the fact. Just follow these steps:
- Sign on to your Square Dashboard.
- Click on the Sales tab.
- Select Transactions at the top of your screen.
- Click on your desired transaction from the list.
- There will be a new window on the right side of your screen.
- Click the three dots in the top right corner.
- Then Add Customer.
