Can anybody help me with transferring over contact...

I have conceerted over to multiple different CSV files and it is still not letting me upload them. Any suggestions? I have tried the template but it comes up in Chinese? I am no computer whiz but im not the worst! Help! lol

Do this, enter one of your customers manually. Then export your customer database. This will give you a properly formated spreadsheet. You can then format your import spreadsheet to match it or copy and paste your information into the exported sheet. Make sure you export/or save your spreadsheet as a .csv file or it will not work. Also, I would use the Chrome browser to upload the file.
