Cannot Log Out of Square POS App

Hello-

Having trouble logging out of a pair of devices. These are new 7th gen iPads running 13.6.1 and the latest app version. Have no problems with our other 8 older iPads running iOS 13.6. I am the owner and administrator. When I try to Log Out the enter passcode screen comes up. I enter my passcode and nothing happens. I've tried Signing Out and reinstalling the app. I need Passcodes engaged. I must be overlooking something easy on these new machines. Thanks-

Have you tried going through any iPad troubleshooting yet, @JoeGo1? It would be worth taking a second to restart your iPad and run through any other recommended steps you can find, given that your other iPads are working well with the Square app. 

 

If you haven't already, I'd recommend reaching out to our Support team directly, as they'll be able to better point you in the right direction here. I hope this helps!
