I'm stuck in the worst way possible. I just started entering "digital punch cards" in the notes section of my customers who are on file. All of the sudden, I've updated the ipad software and I cannot save any edits to customer information. I've updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled and also turned off/on the ipad again. I can go in and make changes but they will not save. It says
"error try again later". I use this function dozens of times a day and need a solution ASAP! PLEASE HELP

This should be resolved by now, but if you're still encountering this error message — please give these troubleshooting tips another go and let us know if that helped.
