Cannot log into app of updating email

Have four employees that log into the app to take payment at customers' home. All where using my email address and password to log into app. Updated email and password on account. I can log into the Square web site, but none of my employees or myself can log into the Square app on our Andriod phones. What do I need to do to be able to allow my employees to log in to the app on their phone?

Hello @ARS_Tampa, sorry to hear about the trouble. This is weird because the password and login information should be the same across the Dashboard and the Point of Sale app. 

 

So you and your employees should be able to login. Are you using any password managers like 1Password? I recommend resetting the password one more time. 

 

If it's still giving you trouble please reach out to our Support Team. This definitely isn't normal behavior.
