My card reader and swipe machine on the square stand stopped working a week ago. I read that I needed to upgrade the software. I did this and it worked fine until today. Is there something else to upload? And how long is the warranty on the stands and card readers? Thank you!

The warranty on the stand and the chip reader is 1 year. However, they have been very lenient with me and even after a year they still honored the warranty. I love Square. They're really the best.
