Hi,
We are looking to mark an order as completed but the button does not work? (ie) nothing happens when it is pressed. Any ideas why this may be?

Sorry for the delayed response here.
The Complete Order button usually gets greyed out when it's already been completed. Was this happening to brand new orders that come in?
