Constant error "Please restore internet to take payments"

I too am having the same problem, I am hooked up to a fast running wifi, I have internet on all my apps except square.  It is horribly frustrating and I am ready to find another company, it is making me loose customers.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled, it hooks up for a minute and then I get the same error.  It was not doing this last year.  Why is square not talking to the internet?????

Hi @boehmamy000 - I'm so sorry to hear about this really frustrating experience. It's really weird that all your other apps have access to the internet, but Square POS doesn't. Have you checked that you are allowing the app to access wifi and/or data in your device settings? 

 

You might also want to give our CS team a call to help troubleshoot. They'll be able to walk you step by step to find out what's causing this issue and get you up and running!
