Customer card keeps getting declined. They called bank and authorized charge. Not going through.

Checked card number (manual entry) and zip code and expiration date with customer. And all correct. Card keeps getting declined though their bank has authorized it. Help?! Could it be because it’s a manual entry or because we haven’t used our Square account recently?

@KMF1 this could be a general decline regarding the card. Sometimes we don't get to see why cards don't go through, but at this time it will be best to try another card.
