Because of hacking I had to have my iphone cleared and reestablished, pass words etc. but it kept my apps. now when I go to Sauare to initiate a sale, I just get the spinning circle with the words "loading" but nothing further happens. I just checked and My account is current. Do I need to re-add the app? or what is happening?

that would be my first thing is to delete and re-download the app. you log in with your email and password and it will automatically sync with Square's cloud servers for all your data and sales.
