Help with hooking up Epsilont Motorola Symbol LS22...

I have tried everything to get the Epsilont Motorola Symbol LS2208 to work on my square stand i have plugged it up to the hub scanned the hid keyboard barcode and plugging it back in the hub it still says under bar code scanners "No compatible scanners found so please help its very frustrating the reason i purchased it is because it said it was compatible with the square stand

This is if your doing android i have the square stand with tablet and the register also have the hub.... im not trying to hook it up with android

I have already done all of that troubleshooting before and still nothing... i plugged it in hub then scanned the barcode on the quickstart guide it came with unplugged it then plugged it back and still nothing

I would recommend calling in to talk to support tomorrow morning to get it figured out as they will be able to get more info about the hardware and what is happening.
