Hi, I’ve tried to downgrade my performance plan but it only gives me the option to upgrade to a pro plan. I’m frustrated and all I’m able to do is remove my payment, I couldn’t cancel the subscription. However, I received an order and now I don’t know if I’ll receive the customers payment, nor did I get any notification of the order from the weebly app. What should I do?
