I checked Text Reminders to be sent 1 hr. before appointments but my clients are reporting to me that they are getting them anywhere between 32 and 45 min before the appointment. Is there a solution to this?

Sorry to hear about this. Is there any chance your customers may be in an area with a slow or weak data coverage?

If this keeps happening, can you take down the specific appointment information and send it over to our Support Team? Any screenshots of the text that show the timestamp would be super helpful. We'll be able to take a deeper dive into what's been going on from there.🙂

Thank you for your reply. I just adjusted the Text Reminders to be sent 2 hrs instead of one because one client received their remineder 20 min. before the appointment. I'll track the 2hr reminders.
