I have a customer that paid an invoice that I sent her. When I type in the invoice number, it comes up with nothing. When I go to her customer name, it shows that the money was paid yet I did not receive it and cannot access the invoice. If I click on where she paid it, it tells me try again later. . But previous invoices she paid show. I need to get the money to deposit so that I can send her product yet the money is showing up nowhere. She sent me a screen shot that shows where she paid with her credit card. What is the problem?
