Inventory not updating after sale causing us to sell more than on hand

We are having an issue with our inventory updates. We add items to inventory and once sold, they do not update online to the correct inventory or to out of stock. This is causing us to sell an item we only have one of more than once. It happens both with online sales and in store sales.

Hey there @2ndCity

 

Have you confirmed that you have Stock tracking enabled on Square Online as well?  This isn't the expected behavior and for this reason, if you have enabled the stock tracking function online and the issue persists you will want to reach out to our eCommerce team for them to look into this in real-time and pinpoint what is going on.
